📌 Overview​

Welcome to the AiCCESS study! This document offers a guided tour of our in-app features. You can learn more about each of these features in our documentation here.

🔐 Logging In​

When you open the application, you will be prompted to sign in with your username and password. You will also be asked for a One-Time Password from your email.

🛜 Internet Required: user authentication requires an internet connection for compatibility with HIPAA protocols. Certain app features are available offline after signing in.

📱 Core Screens​

Patient users will have access to:

  • 📊 Patient Dashboard: An overview of your activity in the application, including wound profiles and recent scans.
  • 🩹 My Wounds: A full listing of all patient wounds, where you can drill-down into scans and other data.

All users will have access to:

  • 📂 Scan History: Review all previously captured scans.
  • 📑 Scan Details A drill-down on each scan.
  • ⚙️ Settings: Manage user settings, view legals, report an issue, or access this documentation.
  • 🐞 Ticket Portal: Report an issue, request technical support, or suggest a feature. You can learn more about this here.

🧑‍⚕️ Enhanced CRT Core Screens​

  CRT  

CRT users have access to enhanced dashboards and clinician-specific views, replacing the Patient Dashboard and My Wounds screens with:

  • 📊 Provider Dashboard: An overview of all activity related to you and your patients in the application, including wound profiles and recent scans.
  • 👥 Patient Directory: An alphabetical (by last name) listing of patients in your care.
  • 📑 Patient Details: A drill-down on each patient's provided information, scans, and questionnaires.

As a CRT user, you will also be able to:
