🏷️ Different Types of Support Tickets​

We have three ticket types to help identify and triage your problem, allowing us to address your concerns as fast as possible. While entering your email address is optional, including it helps us contact you to follow up on any additional details we may need to resolve your problem.

In your ticket description, it is generally helpful to include:

🐞 Report a Bug​

A "bug" is when a feature does not work as expected. When you report a bug, our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue.

You can submit a technical support ticket if you are having a problem navigating or using the application. Our team will reply as soon as possible, providing you with guidance on how to perform your intended function or, if your need for support is actually a bug, will work to resolve the issue.
