πŸ“Œ Overview​

After creating a Facility and assigning a Facility Manager, the next step is to onboard your research team by adding CRT Users. These users will have access to capture and manage data within the AiCCESS web application.

ℹ️ Note: CRT Users can only be created through the web application. This action is not supported on the mobile application.

βœ… Prerequisites​

Before adding a CRT User, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • πŸ— Permissions Required: You must have Facility Network Administrator or Facility Manager permissions for the respective Facility.
  • 🌐 Web Access: You must be logged into the AiCCESS web portal.
  • πŸ“‹ User Information Required:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
  • 🏒 Facility Assignment: If you are a Facility Network Administrator, you must specify the Facility to which the CRT User belongs.

πŸ“© Inviting a CRT User​

Facility Network Administrators and Facility Managers can invite a CRT User to join a Facility by sending an invitation through the web application.

πŸ›  Steps to Invite a CRT User:​

  1. Log in as a Facility Network Administrator or Facility Manager.
  2. Navigate to Manage CRT and select Add Provider.
  3. Enter the required user details: first name, last name, and email address.
  4. (Optional) Provide additional details such as title, middle name, and phone number. This information helps patients contact CRT members directly.
  5. Send the invitation. The user will receive an email with a signup link.

πŸ“§ Accepting an Invitation​

Once a CRT User is invited, they must activate their account via the email invitation.

πŸ›  Steps to Accept an Invitation:​

  1. Open the email invitation and click Set Your Password.
  2. Choose a password that meets security requirements:
    • At least one lowercase letter.
    • At least one uppercase letter.
    • At least one special character.
  3. Click Submit to finalize account creation.
  4. Log in using your new credentials.
  5. Enter the one-time password sent to your email.
    • This one-time password will look similar to this example: 129472
  6. After logging in, you will have CRT user permissions:
    • Manage patients from the navigation panel.
    • Limited access compared to Facility Administrators and Facility Network Managers.
